Albany. Future Hall-of-Famer Callum Crawford helps reignite the FireWolves’ offense against a Desert Dogs team still trying to find its identity and direction.

Georgia. New year, new juggernaut – this Swarm team is taking care of business on both sides of the ball, and I don’t see Rochester finding a way to put it to a halt.
OTT @ SD
San Diego. This should be the closest game of the week. Going to go with the more veteran squad on their home turf.

Las Vegas vs Albany
Pick – Albany
This seems pretty cut and dry to me. Albany added a piece they have been missing in Callum Crawford, which makes them that much more better. The struggles continue in Vegas. They are far from a push over but they are falling from the pack.
Rochester vs Georgia
Pick – Georgia
The Swarm are just playing at another level right now. And they know they need to keep winning to keep peace with the Bandits. Unfortunately, Rochester is their next victim.
Ottawa vs San Diego
Pick – San Diego
This is a tough one. A feel like the defense for both teams have been up and down this season. My gut tells me the Seals will narrow take this one on home floor.
Gary:
Las Vegas vs. Albany
Albany has been having a tough time lately, and Vegas seems to be what the doctor ordered for them. Adding Callum Crawford just put their power-play in positive digits as well. Look for Albany to unload all their frustration in this game!
Rochester vs. Georgia
The Swarm are another legitimate contender this year. Unless Rochester’s defense can play the game of the year, I think the Swarm stay undefeated.
Ottawa vs. San Diego
As much as I like the Ottawa team, I think the savvy veteran talent on the Seals squad will be too much to handle. Look for Chris Origlieri to have a monster game in the Seals net.

PLEASE JUST PLEASE. I’m taking the FireWolves in this one. For one, they just added Callum Crawford which adds some much needed scoring depth, but the big one, they take on a super struggling Vegas team. Like I said in the show, I want to see close to 20 goals for Albany, I don’t care if it’s not possible, just give me what I want.
Rochester vs Georgia

The Swarm are on FIRE right now, they are very hard to contest with and beat and like stated above, to keep up with Buffalo, the Swarm need to keep on winning, and win here they will.
Ottawa vs San Diego

I feel confident in backing Ottawa here, they continue to impress me each and every week and I don’t think that will change here at all, I expect a close matchup, but a matchup that the Black Bears take.
