The Street Fight is Heard Around the World.

The Street Fight for the AEW World Championship was heard from around the world between Jon Moxley and the rated R superstar Cope. This match would start backstage with the World champion Jon Moxley trying to make his way to the ring, but Cope had other ideas. Cope would surprise attack Jon Moxley right outside the arena, and this match would be underway.

Cope and Jon Moxey would be outside, inside the production. Cope and Jon Moxey would make it back to the ring area but that didn’t last long with the match pouring to the stands with Cope having the majority of the offense however the battle between Jon Moxey and Cope came back to the ring area. Cope would take Jon Moxely on top of the announcer’s table but Jon Moxely would then come up with an eye gouge and bite him in the face, pulling out a double under hook DDT on top of the announcer’s table, with the momentum completely changing. Jon Moxey would punish Cope by beating him with kendo sticks and steel chairs. Jon Moxley was looking to come off the top rope with a devastating move but he might have been interacting with the fans a lot too much for Cope to throw a steel chair at Jon Moxley and then hit Jon Moxely with a super suplex.

Both wrestlers would start emptying weapons from underneath the ring. Has Jon Moxley set a table in the corner of the ring. Cope would use a spike 2 by 4 and hit Jon Moxley in the belly and back then Cope gave Jon Moxley a suplex on the spike 2 by 4. Leaving the spike 2 by 4 stuck in the back of Jon Moxley. Just when Cope has the upper hand. Wheeler Yuta would interfere and hit Cope with a running knee knocking Cope to the outside of the ring. Wheeler Yuta would attempt another running knee but Cope reversed into a powerbomb through a table Pac and Claudio Castagnoli got involved and started going to work on Cope but FTR would enter going to battle with the death riders. As everything unfolded with all the outside inferences and Cope getting attacked from all angles it became too much for him which ultimately led to Jon Moxley getting the win to cover Cope.

Cope was just unable to compete in the match.
